Artists@Redlees

We are a diverse group of artists formed to organise and promote the collective and individual work of the residents of Redlees Studios. Our members work ranges from Jewellery to Glass, Ceramics, Painting, Sculpture and Mixed Media.
Collectively we organise shows of our members creations in close co-operation with the CIP (Community Initiative Partnership) who maintain the buildings we work in. Our aim is to establish the studios as a thriving centre for the production of high quality art, crafts and design and to raise our profile in the markets for the work of all our members.

CIP (Community Initiative Partnership)

The studios based at Redlees Park, housed within a former Victorian block, and the studios based within Isleworth Public Hall, are both owned by the London Borough of Hounslow and managed by Community Initiative Partnerships (CIP) the Cultural, Regeneration and Leisure trust for the borough.
The studios were opened to the public in 1995 and conversion of the stables block was made possible by funding from The National Lottery and The London Borough of Hounslow Leisure Services and Economic Development unit.

Redlees Studios offer:

Secure Studios – rents inclusive of heat and light

As well as offering affordable quality studio spaces, residents are given the opportunity to deliver many arts based projects as developed by The Community Arts Team at CIP.
Each year we have an extensive work programme which includes arts workshops for under 5’s, arts and crafts workshops for primary school aged children, projects involving young people, creative projects for Older people as part of the Older People’s Festival and special projects for people with special learning needs.
There are also many opportunities for non-resident artists to become involved in project delivery and to take part on the various training programmes.
