Kirsty Wright

My work is hand-built using stoneware clays, a process that feels more organic to me. I love watching the clay transform from the earth into a finished form, never quite knowing where the clay will lead me. Hand carving and manipulating the clay at different stages are integral parts of my creative process that is inspired by nature and the fragility of the environment.
